Terms of Service

SpeedShift service terms

These terms set the baseline for organisation access, billing, acceptable use, and account responsibilities.

Overview

These Terms of Service apply when an organisation or authorised user accesses SpeedShift. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, signing in, or using the dashboard, you agree to use SpeedShift only for legitimate workforce management, rostering, billing, payroll, document, and support administration workflows.

Last updated: 29 July 2026.

Organisation Responsibility

Customer organisations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of records entered into SpeedShift, including worker, client, roster, timesheet, payroll, invoice, document, and billing information.

Administrators must only invite authorised users and must manage account access when staff roles or employment status changes.

Billing And Access

Full dashboard access requires an active SpeedShift subscription unless a written exception applies. If billing is inactive, unpaid, paused, or cancelled, SpeedShift may restrict product access while keeping billing and account recovery available.

Security And Acceptable Use

Users must keep credentials secure, use only accounts assigned to them, and avoid any activity that attempts to bypass authentication, company isolation, billing controls, audit records, or platform protections.

SpeedShift may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the product, customer data, payment systems, or other users.

Support And Changes

SpeedShift may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated terms prompt is accepted means the updated terms apply.
