Need help with the worker app, admin dashboard, account access, shifts, documents, payroll exports, or invoices? Start here.
Contact Support
Email tjswebdevelopment@outlook.com and include your name, organisation, the page or app screen you were using, and a short description of what happened.
Worker App Help
If you cannot log in, first confirm you are using the email address your organisation invited and that your account is active.
For shift, client, timesheet, note, mileage, or document questions, contact your organisation administrator because they manage operational records in SpeedShift.
Admin Dashboard Help
Organisation administrators can use the dashboard to manage workers, clients, shifts, timesheets, payroll exports, invoice sender settings, billing, and audit history.
If something looks incorrect, include the affected worker, client, shift date, and any error message when contacting support.
Urgent Access Issues
If an active worker or administrator cannot access SpeedShift during live operations, email support with “Urgent access issue” in the subject line.
For immediate client-care or workplace-safety matters, follow your organisation’s internal escalation process first.
