How SpeedShift handles information

This Privacy Policy explains how SpeedShift collects, uses, stores, and protects information when organisations and their team members use the SpeedShift admin dashboard and worker app.

SpeedShift may store account details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, company membership, and account status.

Organisations may also use SpeedShift to manage worker profiles, client records, rosters, shift notes, clock-in and clock-out records, mileage, uploaded documents, payroll export details, invoice sender settings, invoice records, and audit logs.

We use information to provide SpeedShift features, including authentication, rostering, shift management, compliance document storage, payroll preparation, invoicing, billing, support, security monitoring, and audit history.

We do not sell personal information. SpeedShift is intended for operational use by invited organisations and their authorised users.

SpeedShift uses trusted service providers to operate the product, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing services.

These providers are used only where needed to deliver, secure, support, or bill for SpeedShift.

Customer organisations are responsible for managing their users, clients, shifts, documents, and company records in SpeedShift.

SpeedShift uses authenticated access, company-scoped permissions, role-based controls, and audit records to help protect customer data.
